KRONO VISITS THE WILLOWS
KRONO'S FIRST VISIT TO BRISBANE EKKA!

Krono the Kronosaurus proved to be very popular with both adults and children at the 2009 Brisbane Ekka. Krono participated in the Grand Parade every day as well as appearing at the Australia Dinosaur Trail Display.
The Australia Dinosaur Trail Display formed part of the Ekka Learning Trail experience which was highly popular with visitors to the show. Krono gave away free Australia Dinosaur Trail Rulers to all children visiting the Ekka Learning Trail.
SCIENCE WEEK WITH KRONO!

All of the Children from the After School Hours Care Centre came down to Museum to participate in a number of fun activities. They did a range of things including painting a picture of Krono onto shirts with they could then take home with them, making dinosaurs out of paper plates and collage, making dinosaur finger-puppets and colouring in a range of pictures of Krono and his friends. Krono even made an appearance to make Science Week even more exciting for everyone!

All the kids had a blast colouring a picture of Krono, Krono thought it was funny when some kids coloured him Pink!, thats just silly...

The most fun Krono had was helping the kids paint,

Krono especially enjoyed helping the kids to find the hidden answers to the quizes, Krono loves to learn about all his prehistoric friends.

Krono had to sit down in the Kids corner for a little while he was exhuasted from all the exciting activities.
